Who Qualifies for the CCC Plus Waiver?
Eligibility comes down to two things: the care recipient's Medicaid status and their need for help with everyday activities. Here is how it works.

To qualify, the care recipient must be enrolled in Virginia Medicaid and need assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, or mobility. A screening confirms the level of need.
The caregiver must be at least 18 years old and able to provide the required care. If your loved one is not on Medicaid yet, we can help with that application first.
